The Cairns Esplanade Run Club is a FREE social run/walk along the Cairns Esplanade:

• 5:45am EVERY FRIDAY MORNING

• Meeting @ CC's (Crystalbrook Bailey - Corner of Aplin and Abbott Streets)

• 5km and 7.5km routes

• Run, Walk at your own pace with no pressure

• Post-run/walk coffee @ CC's

• Giveaways from local events and supporters

• No need to register - just grab your friends and family and come along!
